Debunking the Lies about Obama

I do not know why I am even bothering to post this.  People will listen to what they want to.  The truth is staring them in the face, and yet people will refuse to see it.  Here is a good list though of debunking all the Republican lies about Obama, again, even though, I know they will refust to believe any of it.

shrugs Republicans talking generally implies its half-truth at best.
Though personally, I don’t think Obama is any different either.

Obama is very far from perfect. He has done many things that have upset and ticked people off. However, I firmly believe he was the lesser of two evils. I shudder to think of what might have happened had Romney won the election. I believe things would be quite different.

I was pretty indifferent towards that race until Romney started being a cheerleader for war with Iran. Then it suddenly became more serious.
I still didn’t vote, because my vote literally makes no difference in the matter either way. But Americans overwhelmingly voted for Obama anyways. Which I wasn’t terribly surprised by. I’d still like to see some Socialists in the White House though. This two-party monoculture is killing us.

I always vote, but you might remember, I am a huge advocate for the importance of local elections, school boards, judges, mayors, county boards. They have a huge impact on our daily lives. I am actually interested in Jill Stein, I would love to see more people like her allowed a voice, and yes, even the ones, I can not stand, deserve a voice.

People I can’t stand are great in office. What better way to advertise a sound plan then pointing to someone’s failed policies?
Oh yeah… Free Marketers continue to exist after the Great Depression. Ok, scratch that I guess.

If you didn’t vote, you’re simply saying you don’t care what happens. If all Americans didn’t vote, there’d be nothing to stop the most powerful from completely having their way. They at least have to come up with agendas that “sell.” As they continue to “con” us, we might find an emergence of honesty that people could appreciate whether they agree with the agenda or not because honesty can’t be bought. We may actually find more politicians who would try to find ways of eliminating money from the political system. It doesn’t work to complain when you have no skin in the game. EVERYONE should vote. It’s the only means we have short of anarchy to influence change and change always takes time.

Theres no point in me voting. I am neither Democrat or Republican. Theres a couple things from Liberals I like, theres a couple things from Conservatives I like, but my philosophy is Marxism. Dems and Repubs try to appeal to a Liberal or Conservative base, but for me, for everything I agree with there is twice the amount I despise.
In my State they do not allow write-in votes. So you can only vote for a Federally recognized party. Which literally means they give me no option at all but the ones groomed by the system, and hand picked by the corporate oligarches campaign funding, to choose from. I’d vote if I could, but really, whats the fuckin’ point?

My only comment on Obamacare being Constitutional, a Supreme Court declared African-American were not citizens (even though many freedmen had voted since the Revolution and had served), and therefore had no standing to sue in federal court and secondly ruling that the federal government had no power to regulate slavery in any territory acquired subsequent to the creation of the United States.

IS there some point in that collection of drivel?

Let me try. She’s saying two Supreme Court decisions re slavery have been proven to be wrong over time. Then she s t r e t c h e s in an attempt to equate that bad decision to the Supreme Court’s decision re the Affordable Care Act. I don’t get it either.

Four Americans died in Benghazi and Obama lied and tried to cover it up for two weeks claiming it was a video. Debunk that Ms. MG

….. stay tuned Ms. MG… The low information crowd are slow but they are getting it. Some, like you won’t get it at all.
        .
Why can’t you answer my question.. ? We know it wasn’t the video… even all those emails coming out of the WH there wasn’t anything about a video.
        .
Why did Obama lie and try to sell the world it was the video? Our ambassador died and Obama tried to cover it up. You too are trying to cover it up. Shame on you. You’re basically lying to me.

        1. monkeygirl21

Do you even watch the news? I believe you are the one who lacks in information. BTW, I did answer your question. He discussed the act of terrorism the next day in the press conference.

          May 30, 2013
          1. Brn2bfree

NO. that’s not the question. I got that already. The question.. if it was a terrorist act, then why did Obama tell the world it was a video two weeks after? Btw, can you follow a conversation and be truthful?…

            May 31, 2013
            1. monkeygirl21

He did not, that is my point, there is no cover up. Where is your valid evidence of this claim?

            He did not what….??
I want this on record… You’re saying that Obama did not say it was the video when now you guys are saying Obama did say it was a terrorist attack on Benghazi. You’re saying that Hillbilly and Rice were not blaming the video ? Is that what you’re saying

            June 02, 2013
            1. monkeygirl21

I told you, the day after Obama said it was a terrorist attack, a fact that that was confirmed during the Romney/ Obama debate.

              June 02, 2013
            2. monkeygirl21

I do not know what Rice said. Talking about the video as a possible motivator is not a scandalous plo. There was and never a cover up. There was nothing to cover up. I have read enough evidence showing there was no to get there in time to help them, I have yet to see anything that has not been debunked that proven a cover up, not to mention, there was no motive for a cover up.

Rice got on about 5 Sunday shows saying it was the video.
I can’t believe you M. MG… you’re breaking my heart. You don’t see the obvious… I don’t get it… why you can’t be honest with yourself. ? …. you guys won, it doesn’t matter. Come clean for Christ’s sake.

I used to vote for Republicans in local elections, because I felt they did want to keep costs low. However, since the introduction of the Teaparty (stupid party) I can’t trust Republicans not to destroy all that America had fought to help themselves over the past century, I can’t in good conscience vote for people that haven’t the sense to work with other citizens to protect the less fortunate. It’s a Christian belief system to heal the sick and help the poor; a concept Republicans have abandoned for the majority in favor of helping just those they know locally.
The Republican party has lost the concept of caring for the entire nation.

    From the article:
    .
They’re [Republicans] suffering from cognitive dissonance. Simply put, it’s where the brain creates it’s own reality when faced with two conflicting beliefs. You see this often in abusive relationships. One partner is abused, but wants to believe their partner loves them–because that’s what they’re told. They then equate abuse to love and convince themselves that it’s okay, because they want to believe that the person abusing them actually does love them. Their brain can’t comprehend the conflicting realities, so they create some alternate form of reality which justifies these conflicts.
    .
That’s where we’re at with Republicans. They want to believe the lies they’ve been fed, even though reality doesn’t support them. With this conflict they’ve created an alternate reality where facts don’t matter, science doesn’t matter, reality doesn’t matter, history doesn’t matter and math doesn’t matter…
    .
    And that’s very dangerous.

    May 28, 2013
    1. jillsthoughts

Yes, that has been pointed out to the republicans on this site time after time. They are the “Woulda, Shoulda Coulda, Might Happen, Maybe” Party that lives in a fantasy world.

The point about abuse is right on, Republicans seem to want to destroy the comfort they have.

    3. GovMisdirection

This psychosocial term when used to criticize people that don’t agree with you can be used with almost any situation, or against any political party. To understand the term just shows that you think Republicans hold a different opinion based on facts you ignore, or you are suffering from Cognitive Dissonance.

      1. livelonger

It’s true that psychological estimations have interpretations.
The important point is whether you will help the poor worker or prefer to save the money.

  6. GovMisdirection

Debunking the Obama administration “lies” should be the easiest thing in the world to do since his is the most “open” in the history of the country. NOT!

Don’t get distracted with leftist emotional diversions, Rome is burning, barbarians are at the gate., and there is no inflation.

    May 28, 2013
    1. monkeygirl21

There is no logic in this statement govmisdirection , only more emotional manipulation.

      May 28, 2013
      1. GovMisdirection

How about sarcasm? Yes, applying logic to lies is illogical. If Obama’s administration was as open as he promised he would defused any lie of the Republicans. Unless what is said is not a lie.

Don’t you understand how diversions are used by closed administrations to hide the real issues? Then criticize your opponents to make them look stupid.

The greatest lies Republicans produced was that any solution they offered would have fixed anything. Republicans in Congress provided no solutions and they couldn’t get elected.

  8. proto-gnostic

The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over and expect different results. Republicans, “Cut Taxes, it well spur growth in jobs”. Lowering tax rates, no jobs. Republicans, " We must cut regulations they hamper job growth". Elimination regulations, ground water starts to catch fire out of the tap. Still no jobs. Republicans, “We must cut taxes”. Reality, cutting taxes only works if it is spent to spur economic growth. At the cycle continues.

    1. monkeygirl21

Yup. I agree. I just heard a good quote. “The republicans do not stand for anything, they are only against things.” They obstructionists, afraid of social change, only want to make the other side appear to be wrong. They have no desire to do what is right.
